Where
is the certificate my CD refers to, and what
should I do with the certificate?
Answer: Some of the IA training
products include the option to print out a
certificate after training is completed.
You should print the certificate, sign it,
and give it to your local training coordinator.
Please DO NOT fax the certificates back, since
there is no central repository for records
to be kept. If the certificate is not
on the CD-ROM, the certificate does not exist.

10.
The certificate did not print. Can
I have it emailed to me?
Answer: No. Certificates are not recoverable
once the window has been closed. The training
will need to be repeated if the certificate
fails to print. Make sure a printer is properly
configured with the workstation and is full
of paper before beginning the training. The
courseware will prompt your computer to print
the certificate if all modules have been taken.

What should I do when the CD does not seem
to work?
Answer: A defective CD-ROM is
extremely rare. If it doesn't seem
to work, try the following:
1. Check the readme file included
on the CD-ROM.
2. Attempt to run the CD-ROM from multiple
PCs. If you have a home computer,
you might want to try it there too.
3. Try running the CD-ROM on a stand-alone
computer to avoid network configuration
issues.
4. Contact your local System Administrator
or Help Desk if the problem continues.
If you have tried all of these suggestions
and you are still experiencing difficulties,
send an email to DODIAETA@ncr.disa.mil.
