Browser and Access Issues
IE Browser Errors | Netscape Browser Errors | Check Browser Version
ECA use on IASE:  


The IASE does not accept ECAs for access to the PKI-protected content on the IASE.  The PKI-protected content is for use by DoD Military, Civilian, and Contractors, provided they possess a DoD CAC, as a result of access to a DoD-owned information system.  If a contractor needs access to PKI-protected content on the IASE, they should contact their DoD Government sponsor to obtain the information required to fulfill their contract.

Netscape Browser Errors:

Check Your Browser Version:  
Netscape Communicator:

Open your Netscape Communicator browser and select Help from the menu bar. 

Then select About Communicator, a new window will open and display the Version. 

You must have version 4.7 or greater, as shown on the right.

Internet Explorer:

Open your Internet Explorer browser and select Help from the menu bar. 

Then select About Internet Explorer from the drop down list. A new window will open and display the Version and the Cypher Strength.

Make sure the Version is a minimum of 5.50.x and the Cypher Strength should be 128 bit, as shown on the right.
