Public Key Infrastructure:
DoD PKI provides the framework, policies, services,
management, and customer support to the Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies
for the use of X.509 certificates.

Help Desk: The DoD PKI Help Desk has changed its location
from Chambersburg to Oklahoma. This new station will now handle
Tier 1 calls and forward anything higher to the technicians still
located in Chambersburg.
The
Help Desk operates around-the-clock (24x7) services for PKI users
at all levels and will take calls or e-mails from an DoD user/RA/LRA
experiencing a problem with PKI
